My Future

Future Goals

Obviously my main priorities in the first half of my life are to make it as a pro footballer player, I want to play for the socceroos and play in Europe. Obviously the first step for me is playing in the A league. Post Football Career I would love to coach a team in a top division and then maybe look more towards the development of young footballers.   Football is just a part of my life, some of my goals that are not related to football are Charity work and Raising my own family. I would love to travel the world and go to less fortunate countries and help them with building or creating better environments for things like school, sport, etc. The ideal situation for me would be to set up a foundation where I raise money and set up football camps in fiji. As I said before, Fiji is a place I hold very close to my heart and would love to do what I can to help the beautiful people. My family, I just want to raise my kids in a positive environment, teaching them the right morals and create bright happy children.

Future for Football

Football is what I love doing, I love the training, the hard work, the pain, the wins and the losses. Right now I am playing for u20s mariners and I am trying to break into the u23s team. I am going to make this season my breakthrough season. After coming back from an ankle injury I am just starting to play again and feel I can go a long way this year if I stay injury free. Once I secure my spot in the first team I want to be knocking on the door of the a league. I only see the A league as a stopping point, another checkpoint as I like to put it. I have always said I want to play overseas, it has been my dream since I was very young. So once I make the A league I want to have a couple consistent seasons and then pursue my goals of playing overseas. Hopefully along the way I will get to represent the socceroos.

In order to achieve these goals and ambitions I am going to have to grind for the next 3-4 years. I am going to have to get myself into a really strict routine involving my recovery, extra training and gym. The next few years are going to be a real test of character for me.
